This bandana is for bird fashion and shouldn't be used for plucking issues. If your bird doesn't enjoy wearing clothing or harnesses, then this product is not for you and your bird.
Products that are no longer needed or do not fit can be returned for refunds. Items that have been damaged as a result of parrot usage are ineligible for refunds. Orders placed internationally cannot qualify for any returns or refunds, only USA orders are eligible for refunds and returns.
